We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Coordinator. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, administration, and teamwork.
As the first point of contact in our customer journey, you'll provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include day-to-day clinic administration, appointment booking, claims management, reception duties, invoicing, document processing and filing, minor hearing aid repairs (training provided), and promotional activities to promote the clinic.
To be successful in this role, you'll need prior experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health environment, competence in Microsoft Office, ability to manage competing priorities, high attention to detail, solid administration background, and strong teamwork skills.
