**About Us...**

Established in 1974, **Alspec** are the market leaders in the design and distribution of innovative aluminium systems to the architectural, industrial and home improvement markets and can genuinely offer fantastic career progression and long-term opportunities in their national Branch network.

**About the Role...**

This is a full time role, working closely with many key business departments, you will be responsible for administrative support duties including Reception, and assisting the Internal Sales team where required. Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:

- Answering all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Proving the sales team with support to enter orders and reply to customer enquiries
- Extensive administrative support to the wider office
- Ad hoc duties as required

**About You...**

You have great interpersonal skills and are looking to continue to learn and develop your dynamic skill set. This is a very varied role, which will require you to want to keep busy and want to continual improve processes and procedures as well as develop your career.

Applicants will also need to have:

- Computer literate at intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Will ideally have experience in an administration support role
- Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
