B2B Sales Representative – Wholesale Rugs
We are a growing wholesale rug business seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our Sydney-based team. This is a role for someone who truly understands rugs, trends and what retail buyers are looking for.
If you have 3+ years of hands-on rug industry experience and strong relationships within the interiors, furniture, or flooring space, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and trade accounts across NSW (and nationally where required). This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on long‐term partnerships, strategic growth, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing B2B wholesale accounts
* Proactively identify and secure new retail and trade partners
* Present new collections, trends, and product launches
* Understand margin structures, pricing strategies, and volume forecasting
* Attend trade shows and industry events
* Work closely with internal teams on stock, forecasting, and customer requirements
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
About You
* 3+ years of rug industry experience & rug product knowledge (essential)
* Established relationships within furniture, homewares, flooring, or interior retail sectors
* Confident presenting to buyers and business owners
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
* Self‐motivated and driven
* Based in Sydney
