Full‑Time Remote Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator
We are a Multi‑Family Tax Office looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator wanting flexible work arrangements, this role has the ability to pick the hours that suit you and the flexibility of working from home.
Role
To work alongside our small accounting team who assist in the provision of a broad range of wealth management and compliance services for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Expense claim processing and credit card management
- Xero Payroll PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation
- Bank Reconciliation and End of Month
- Ad Hoc accounting assistance as required
- General Finance Administration
- Business Activity Statements
Technical Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 7 years+ experience in Bookkeeping
- Process focussed and detail oriented
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients, across various entities in the group and inter‑entity transactions
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to act autonomously, manage month end timelines, prioritize but also work closely with our accountants and director
- The ability to work within a small team workplace where you’ll be self‑directed
