Oliver Lane Foods is looking for people to join our fast-paced commercial kitchen in Mordialloc.
Working on our range of handmade bakery and catering products under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor, responsibilities include:
- Prepare, bake and unload savoury biscuits using 10 tray commercial ovens
- Work on fast production rotation of handmade, artisan products
- Pack finished goods to weight and size requirements
- Label retail products and pack for delivery
- Prepare ingredients and mixes for bakery products
- End of shift closing and cleaning procedures

**What we require from you**
- Experience in catering or commercial food production environment, ideally familiar with some commercial equipment
- Bakery background is advantageous, or Certificate III in Food Processing/Food Handling
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Australian food standards
- Show attention to detail for high quality finishing, packing and labelling products
- A good level of physical fitness
- Skills managing time to work across multiple production lines
- Track record as reliable, hard working and flexible
We will provide training and support to the right people.
There will be some flexibility in hours - no evening or weekend shifts - with options for casual and part-time roles available immediately.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
