The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Videographer/Editor who brings strategic thinking to the shoot. This isn't just about capturing beautiful footage; it's about conceptualising campaigns, building production frameworks, and creating high‐quality, engaging content.
You'll take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery, working directly with high‐profile agents and agencies who demand nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive storyboards and shot lists for campaigns
* Create detailed runsheets and production schedules for efficient shoots
* Scout locations and plan technical requirements (lighting, equipment, timing)
* Lead clients confidently on set and collaborate with clients to understand objectives and translate briefs into creative concepts
* Execute high‐quality video and stills across residential, commercial properties and projects
* Leverage social media trends with compelling transitions, trending audio, and platform‐specific formats
* Capture properties, agents, and locations in their best light across various conditions
* Be available for dusk/twilight shoots a couple of evenings per week
* Edit dynamic, engaging content from extensive footage libraries
* Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience & Skills
* 5+ years professional videography/editing experience (property, real estate, or lifestyle content highly regarded)
* Proven pre‐production expertise: storyboarding, runsheet creation, production planning
* Expert knowledge of current social media trends, formats, and platform requirements
* Advanced editing skills with professional software (Final Cut Pro preferred or Davinci Resolve preferred, Adobe Premiere Pro considered)
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Self‐directed with exceptional time management abilities
Practical Requirements
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (location shoots are frequent)
* Flexibility for evening/dusk shoots as required
* Ability to work independently on‐site and collaboratively in‐studio
Highly Regarded
* Drone licence (RePL) and experience with aerial cinematography
* Experience in property, real estate, or luxury lifestyle content
* Understanding of lighting techniques for property videography
