Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Medical Nutrition channels in the region. This pivotal role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving team growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement sales planning initiatives that foster business success
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
* Negotiate and manage contracts and tenders with stakeholders
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Balance responsibilities between office-based and field work
Requirements:
* A proven track record of leadership and commercial achievements in aged care, hospital, or paediatric channels
* Strong strategic vision, excellent planning skills, and commercial acumen
* Ability to coach and develop team members, with strong analytical skills and influencing abilities
* Drive for results-oriented outcomes
* Tertiary qualifications in Science, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a business-related discipline (preferable)
* Unrestricted Australian driver's license and access to personal vehicle
