Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of a national procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
* Analyse spend data to inform supplier evaluation and selection decisions
* Champion process improvements within the function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
* Negotiate and manage contracts to secure best-value outcomes
Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in category management, with experience in Corporate Services, Labour Hire, Professional & Consultancy Services, PPE/Uniforms, or Non-Operational Materials
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
