Agile Transformation Lead
Our federal government agency is seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to lead the implementation and tuning of agile methodologies.
This role involves guiding teams to embed agile values, principles, and practices across multiple teams and the organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to drive Agile transformations, develop an agile culture, improve team performance, and deliver business value. They will also support teams to scale and consistently adopt emerging best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Guiding teams to implement Agile frameworks and scaling Agility across organisations
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance team agility
* Providing coaching and guidance to teams on their operating rhythm activities
* Conducting process and maturity assessments and developing adoption roadmaps
* Establishing metrics and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements include a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in driving Agile transformations.
The successful candidate will be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a baseline security clearance.
This is a contract position with a 12-month initial term. The successful candidate will work from one of our offices located in NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, or VIC.
