Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Guardian Childcare & Education. As an educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to grow and thrive.
Job Description:
* Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
* Document and share children's learning and development with families.
* Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
* Participate in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A completed Certificate 3 or be working towards it.
* Prior experience in long day-care.
* Sound knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
* Current Working with Vulnerable People Check.

* The Centre is located in Chadstone, close to public transport and has street parking available. The light-filled and homely centre includes a water feature, a cubby area, pet rabbits, a worm farm, vegetable gardens, compost bins, and a range of age-specific ateliers.
