Key responsibilities include developing marketing plans, managing advertising and digital media, leading marketing teams, coordinating with various departments and agencies, managing budgets, and enhancing brand image through media and public relations efforts. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership, strategic planning, campaign execution, media relations, and team development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising and at least 7 years of experience in Advertising, PR, Casino Marketing, or Communications are required. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is necessary.Work EnvironmentWork is conducted in a climate-controlled office environment. Exposure to casino-related factors such as secondhand smoke, noise, and crowds is possible.ClosingPreference is given to Native Americans, especially Seminole Tribe members, in employment practices.
