**Your new role**
- To assist our business in achieving strong customer focus.
- Be the key point of contact for the customer, in areas such as stock, forecasting and administrative issues.
- Monitor stock levels for key customers and ensure orders are placed for requirements by network planners.
- Manage promotional stock requirements.
- To gather data and collate reports as needed.
What you need to succeed
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce would be highly regarded.
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in an administration or sales role.
- High skill level with all Microsoft programs especially Excel & Power Point.
- Experience using SAP is desirable.
- Project management experience would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing and distribution is advantageous.
- Experience in a supply chain or purchasing environment highly desirable.
