Your contribution
* Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
* Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
* Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
* Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an efficient manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
* Work well under pressure with the ability to multi‐task.
* Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
Do you have

* Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality
* A Police Check
