* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills to inspire and motivate their team.
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail fashion store (highly desirable).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
