About the role:

We have a full‐time Intake Officer position available based at our head office in Bathurst. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and carers seeking support services at Glenray. This role is integral in supporting the NDIS onboarding process in collaboration with operations to ensure a high level of customer service. As part of this team, the successful candidate will also assist with administration and support for the team as required.

Key responsibilities include:
* Prepare accurate quotes and service agreements aligned with NDIS funding
* Renewand track existing participant service agreements
* Guide prospective participants through intake and service options
* Maintain up to date knowledge of NDIS funding and services available
* Develop positive relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
We're looking for someone who has:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries
* Confidence navigating the NDIS system
* Strong stakeholder communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Experience in a similar role or background in disability support is desirable

Note: Our commitment to safety means successful applicants must hold (or be willing to obtain) current First Aid, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.

This role requires you to work full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
