Opportunity to become a PCA providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in Ballarat VIC.
Tasks include:
* Personal care and domestic household duties
* Active Nights
* Meal preparations
* Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
* Be proactive with our clients’ needs
* Maintaining records and continuous communicating with our excellent client services staff
* Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to support client requests
* In Home Respite Care
* Transport, shopping and appointments
* Community Inclusion social support and companionship
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a PCA who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability and palliative care.
Shift times and length vary depending on clients needs. Minimum 2 hour shifts and Active Nights shifts.
Hourly rates $39-$42 p/h Weekdays
Weekend rates. Available
What are we looking for?
* Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
* Experience in aged care, disability and home care
* Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Current Police Check(within 12 months)
