Operation Execution-Logistics Specialist
* Leading weekly Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment discussions with 3rd party resellers to drive forecast accuracy and act as central point of contact for all supply chain operations and chair joint performance reviews;
* leading the monthly cross-functional executive sales & operations (S&OP) planning cycle, driving decisions and actions to mitigate risks and deliver the business plan; acting as part of a team of omni-channel regional demand planners to effectively deliver planning processes to enable volume attainment and optimal cost & inventory;
* maintaining optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product's lifecycle and lead supply allocation exercises and oversee order fulfillment; supporting implementation of new planning systems and processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives in regional supply chain operations.
* Participating in daily planning meetings.
* In addition, from time-to-time you may be required to undertake other reasonable duties, which might fall outside your normal job duties.

Reverse Logistics Specialist
* As the Reverse Logistics Specialist, you will be the operational heartbeat of the phone repair ecosystem in Australia. Your mission is to bridge the gap between daily execution and long-term program strategy.
* You will manage the high-stakes partnership with Customer/ Partners, ensuring that every returned device is tracked, repaired, and accounted for with surgical precision.
* This role balances hands-on troubleshooting with high-level project management, specifically focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and the continuous improvement of the Australian repair network.
* Experience: 3+ years in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain, or After-Sales Operations, preferably within the consumer electronics or smartphone industry.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage UAT cycles and NPI launches under tight deadlines.
* Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to turn raw data into actionable "Corrective Action" strategies.
* Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you can navigate a technical conversation with a repair tech and a strategic one with a Program Manager.
* Mobility: Ability to travel domestically (ASP/Store visits) to ensure "ground-truth" operational alignment.
