About the Role Join Origin’s TechHub team as a Desktop Support Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience for our people. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll provide both onsite and remote Level 2 support across a broad range of technologies including desktops, Microsoft 365, Teams, AV and mobility solutions.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting users across metro and regional locations, focused on resolving issues quickly, improving service outcomes, and ensuring a positive end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support across end user devices, systems and applications Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAsRecord, track and update all cases through ServiceNow Provide meeting room support with Teams meeting & POLY Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when requiredSupport device deployment, software installation and asset lifecycle management Contribute to continuous improvement, change activities and project support About You You’re a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and working closely with stakeholders. You bring a practical, hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-paced support environment. Experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (M365, Teams, Intune etc.) Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (M365, Teams, Intune, Azure, AVD etc.) Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset Origin - Where good change happens At Origin, we’re powered by people who believe in creating change.
