**Purpose of role***
The purpose of the role is to provide marketing support to the PFD branches via a strategic approach directed by the National Marketing Manager. You will be involved in planning, executing and measurement of national sales promotions, communication strategies and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media**: Liaise with content suppliers and use your own creative flair to create posts and reels as well as keeping information accurate and up to date.
- **Employee benefits Promotional Plan**: Prepare communications to team members, advertising and promotions to support seasonal and localised benefits and prepare and deliver to branches nationally.
- **Sponsorship & Events**: Assist in the Management of the database of sponsorships, ensure benefits are received and branding is correct. Assist with invitations and content at internal trade forum and Awards dinner.
- **Online ordering Communications**: Link monthly We Deliver magazine and confectionery specials to products for online ordering.
- **eDM Co-ordination**: Using our Campaign monitor program, assist branches with newsletter and specials delivered via eDM as required.
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work as both part of a team and autonomously.
- Great attention to detail is essential.
- Campaign monitor or similar eDM experience.
- Canva & Adobe suite experience.
- Video editing skills (any platform).
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI platforms and capabilities.
- Good understanding of social media channels.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Analytical skills.
