Responsibilities
- Support NAB’s Illawarra Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
- Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.

- A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate

Hours
Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am – 5:15pm. Your home branch will be Dapto; however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and Nowra, so a licence and transport is essential.
