About the Role
As a Pool Service Technician, you'll join our post-construction team responsible for ensuring every new pool is left spotless, functional, and ready for handover.
This hands-on role suits someone with experience in pool servicing, filtration setup, or general maintenance trades — or anyone with strong technical aptitude who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in finishing a job to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct post-construction clean-ups and leave every site presentation-ready.
* Manage waste removal and tip runs, returning excess materials to the shed.
* Set up and program pool filtration systems and balance water chemistry.
* Perform secondary clean-ups and equipment adjustments as needed.
* Assist with filtration builds or modifications for standard and pre-house sites.
* Connect and test pool equipment — pumps, heaters, spas, and water features.
* Complete quality-control inspections and report any issues before handover.
* Communicate with customers professionally, explaining pool care and maintenance.
* Provide technical troubleshooting and support when required.
* Operate a company vehicle for site travel (manual licence preferred).

What We're Looking For
* Current driver's licence (manual preferred).
* Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical outdoor work.
* Great communication and customer-service skills.
* Mechanically minded / technically curious attitude — keen to learn.
* Eye for detail and problem-solving.
* Experience in pool service, plumbing, construction, or maintenance trades highly valued.
