Aircraft Painter Specialist
Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and disciplined professional to join our team in Cairns, QLD. If you're proactive, flexible and have a drive to succeed, you'll be the ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience as a painter with a good understanding of different techniques and materials, preferably in the aviation, automotive or railway industry.
* Sound knowledge of paint preparation, paint mixing as well as application processes.
* Skilled in paint repairs, color matching and polishing.
* Familiar with paint related products and manufacturers.
* Good physical condition.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail, committed to deliver high-quality work.
Essential Qualifications
* Australian Citizen or with full working rights in Australia.
* Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain).
* Current Australian Driver's licence.
Shifts run Monday to Friday across mornings and afternoons, with occasional weekend or night work when required.
