Grocery Manager – Full Time (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Grocery Manager to lead and manage our grocery department.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and manage grocery department team members
* Ensure excellent product knowledge and department standards
* Maintain strong communication with team members and suppliers
* Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels
* Execute merchandising plans and maintain high presentation standards
* Ensure the department operates efficiently and professionally
About You
* Proven experience working in a grocery department (management experience preferred)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Good understanding and knowledge of grocery products
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in stock management and merchandising
* Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused
Duty Manager – Part Time (20+ hours per week)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and professional Duty Manager who can lead the team and manage store operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise team members during shifts
* Work independently to manage daily store operations
* Oversee stock management and floor standards
* Handle customer enquiries professionally
* Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-run store environment

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or supermarket operations
* Professional, reliable, and well-organised
* Customer-focused with good communication skills
