About the role
The Health Technician supports the delivery of clinical nursing and simulation-based education by preparing and maintaining laboratory environments, equipment, and teaching resources. The role ensures specialist and simulated ward equipment is set up, calibrated, maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
The Health Technician manages laboratory inventory, simulated medications, procurement processes, and associated records, while undertaking administrative support tasks. The position also assists with supervision of activities under the guidance of a Lecturer and liaises with staff, suppliers, and industry representatives to support program delivery and maintain a safe working environment.
