Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train & motivate a skilled processing team
* Manage daily operations to meet yield, quality & safety targets
* Ensure compliance with WHS, animal welfare & HACCP systems
* Drive process improvements & team development
* Champion a culture of safety, teamwork & continuous improvement
About you
You thrive in a practical, fast‑paced environment and bring experience in poultry, meat, or food processing. You'll also have:
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and compliance systems.
* Meat Safe Compliance accreditation (or willing to get).
* A proven track record in continuous improvement and change management.
* Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to team development.
* Highly regarded: butchery experience and/or a forklift licence.
* Above all, you'll be aligned with the business's values around animal welfare, sustainability, and producing high‑quality food with integrity.
