Experienced Plant Operators needed for large-scale civil roadworks. FIFO options, accommodation & meals provided. Immediate start available.
You will be required to work either a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster or a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster, often working in hot, dry and dusty climates.

About the Role
You will play a key role delivering major highway upgrade works across the NT, operating a range of civil plant including:
* Graders
* Loaders
* Trimmers
* Spreaders
* Mixers
* Other associated road construction plant
You will be working in remote environments, contributing to high-quality road construction outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience in civil road construction projects
* Experience operating one or more of the following: graders, loaders, trimmers, spreaders, mixers
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Ability to work a 2:1 or 3:1 FIFO roster
* Ability to work in hot, remote and physically demanding environments
* Strong safety awareness and team-focused attitude
