Job Opportunity
* As a Senior Claims Manager, you will proactively manage workers' compensation claims to achieve early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs.
* Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to create effective Return to Work strategies.
* Assist workers and employers with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations, and ensuring timely access to services.
* Respond to escalations, providing coaching and mentoring to team members.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within the relevant industry.
