With over 80 years of experience, this company has consistently been able to deliver for their clients, with up to 80% of their pipeline stemming from repeat work or referrals.
ROLE:
The relevant role is a Project Manager position which will involve delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid position between relevant site locations throughout Victoria and a South-East office location.
You will be required to:
* Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
* Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
* Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
* Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
* Manage all relevant stakeholders
* Financially astute, complete control of budgets
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to:
* Previous Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering Community, Industrial or Retail projects
* Team player and willing mindset
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficient in Cheops and MS Packages
* Unlimited Australian working rights
