Customer Service and Community Liaison Opportunity
This is an exciting career opportunity for a Customer and Community Coordinator to provide support to customers and stakeholders, develop and deliver communication materials, and engage with community interactions.
* Provide assistance to the Customer and Community team, including managing general enquiries inbox and logging stakeholder interactions using Consultation Manager.
* Support team administration, including managing work trackers, logistical operations, and booking with suppliers.
* Develop skills in writing and creating notifications and supporting communication materials for maintenance and project delivery.
* Enhance communication skills in interacting with stakeholders, including local community, businesses, and other key stakeholders.
* Participate in internal communication activities, sustainability initiatives, and community events.
* Assist in developing content for social media and proactive media opportunities.
* A proactive approach to working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
