Electrical Planning Professional
Zinfra is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Planning Professional to lead the team, ensuring high performance in employee management, health, safety, and quality outcomes, as well as business results.
1. Plan and oversee field-based activities, focusing on time, cost, quality, and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations.
2. Manage resources using purchasing systems and subcontract services required to complete work schedules.
3. Complete all reports and job control worksheets.
4. Lead and manage the team to achieve organisational goals.
5. Apply conflict resolution techniques to prevent industrial disputes.
About You
1. Experience working across high/low voltage environments and familiarity with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
2. Ideal qualifications include a Certificate III in ESI Distribution – Power Systems (or equivalent industry experience).
3. Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
4. SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package systems experience is highly regarded.
