OUR ROLES
xAmplify is working to change the way our clients think about their work and the ServiceNow platform. This means our ServiceNow team is growing rapidly, so we are on the search for our next team members
Whether you're a pro Solution Architect with a combination of broad enterprise ICT and ServiceNow technical skills, a masterful Senior Technical Consultant who loves showcasing deep technical knowledge, or you're just starting your ServiceNow journey as an Associate Consultant, xAmplify could be the place for your next ServiceNow step
You'll join our diverse team based across the east-coast of Australia doing challenging work for interesting projects and diverse clients across both Federal Government, Defence, Private Sector, State Government and Enterprise. You'll represent xAmplify to our clients during requirements gathering and design phases as well as helping to structure the delivery of the solution. Sure there will also be a lot of ServiceNow configuration, building, integrating and testing but we like to work across different parts of the software development life cycle, meaning you'll have the opportunity to be involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to hosting requirements workshops, working on solution designs and test planning through to deployment and hyper-care activities.
ENGAGEMENT TYPE
We're seeking individuals who are aligned to our ServiceNow journey and are keen to grow your career with us. At this stage we are just seeking those open to full-time permanent opportunities.
KEY ELIGIBILITY
xAmplify partners with a diverse client base including Federal Government, Defence, Enterprise, State Government and Private Sector. As a result, our candidates for these roles must be Australian Citizens with a baseline or higher clearance or the ability to obtain one. Unfortunately those with PR (and other work-right visas) are not eligible to apply for the security clearances required for these roles.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At xAmplify we look for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a passion for technology, problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration. At interview we will be going deep on your technical skills, consulting and client-engagement activities and most importantly your fit within our team. Therefore we're looking for you to showcase and highlight the following skills and experience.
It's hard to beat time on the tools – to be considered for these roles we are looking for candidates with the following ServiceNow administration and development experience:
Associate Technical Consultant – 1–2 years experience
Technical Consultant – 2–5 years experience
Senior Technical Consultant – 5 years experience
Lead Consultant / Solution Architect – 5 years experience
A ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) is mandatory for anyone in our ServiceNow addition applicants. For our more senior roles, applicants should also hold certifications such as CIS or CAD. Don't forget to showcase your certifications and micro-learnings to us on your CV – we want to see your depth of experience across the platform
For our senior roles you likely have solid experience in tech development working with various languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols, working with SSL or designing authentication setups (SAML 2.0). We like working across the entire SDLC so if you've got experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation or running functional workshops in an agile way, it'd be great to know about it.
If you've got experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4IT and the like, whilst not mandatory for the role it would be fantastic to have on board.
You'll also need a vast array of experience delivering a broad range of projects across a range of ServiceNow modules. We're looking to see your diverse experience with different clients highlighted in your CV and also during our interview stages.
We're building a high-trust, high-expectation culture within our team and that means you'll need excellent client and stakeholder engagement, brilliant verbal and written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time-management with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.
LOCATION
We're flexible If you're in Canberra or Sydney you'll have the ability to connect with us in person (whilst also getting the balance to work from home and connect with some of our clients in person) but we are also open to candidates in locations across Australia who can work AEST business hours.
