Role DescriptionAbout the Role
As a .net / Software Engineer in the Acquisition team, you work alongside a high-performing team of engineers to deliver the Engineering and Product roadmap.
* Adhere to engineering best-practices to write code that is clean, highly maintainable and well tested
* Collaborate with other engineers
* Improve the codebase, and make suggestions on where we can improve further
* Provide support when production issues occur with products your team owns
* Maintain system availability and performance service levels
* Contribute to product ideas and deliver quality focused solutions from start to finish
* Explore new technologies and share your findings with your peers
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
* Develop, support and provide technical solutions to the engineering squad to reduce complexity
Technical Skills
* Solid Experience in C#, .Net (8/9)
* Experience on SQL and NoSQL storage solutions
* Experience in building distributed systems using cloud-native solutions
* Strong knowledge of AWS services
* Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
* Experience with Agile development, design patterns, and test-driven development (TDD)
* Experience with CICD, build and automation tools
* Experience with Terraform, Dynatrace and Kibana
* Experience in Kubernetes and Helm
* Experience with Kafka
* Familiarity with system performance tuning, scalability, and fault tolerance
* Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical decision-making
