We are seeking a skilled Painting & Decorating Trainer and Assessor. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality training programs to students in a face-to-face environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting & Decorating qualification
2. Minimum 6 months post-qualification experience in the above industry as Trainer & Assessor
3. Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent
4. High level of written and oral communication skills in English
5. Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and ability to contribute to a team environment
6. Flexible, energetic, and enthusiastic about training and education

Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing academic leadership and quality teaching to students
2. Delivery of courses/units and syllabus effectively and as required
3. Maintaining training records and monitoring student activity
4. Marking and conducting student assessments
5. Liaising with Community Services Agencies and conducting workplace visits for Observations
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their expertise in Painting & Decorating and provide support to students who may be running behind in their course.
