Our client situated in Bayswater currently have a vacancy in their back-office administration based in their products division, where they conduct logistics and administrative support activities for service operations and delivery.
This is a contract opportunity, of 6 months full time work.
Duties Involved:
- Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
- Monitors delivery dates, initiates deliveries and manages backorders with proactive escalation as required
- Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system etc.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
- Processes, validates and confirms customer orders in SAP system
- Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
- Manages the logistics and transport mode with the customer in cooperation with the Supply Chain network including factory, freight forwarders and warehouse services
- Actively contributes to the ideas and implementation of productivity and customer experience improvement initiatives

- A qualification in business, economics or accounting will be well regarded along with excellent computer skills

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
