The Role We’re seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to finalise and implement our EVP and to build high‑performing talent pipelines in a fast‑paced, rapidly scaling environment. You’ll own the employer brand activation across all talent touchpoints—bringing The Maxlife Way to life in the candidate journey from awareness to onboarding. What you’ll do Finalise and roll out the EVP: translate the People Promise into clear messaging, assets, and experiences that reflect The Maxlife Way across careers site, social, job ads, and onboarding. Embed brand in every touchpoint: ensure our values (Care, Empathy, Integrity, Innovation) are consistently reflected in sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes. Scale hiring at speed: manage end‑to‑end recruitment for priority roles; design agile processes that keep quality high while time‑to‑hire low. Pipeline building & outreach: run targeted campaigns, develop talent communities, and leverage proactive sourcing to meet growth goals. Candidate experience excellence: deliver a warm, inclusive, and values‑aligned process that converts great talent and builds advocacy. Stakeholder partnership: advise leaders on workforce planning and market insights; align with HR/Marketing on brand activation and content. Data & optimisation: track funnel metrics, iterate on what works, and report insights that inform decision‑making and continuous improvement. What you’ll bring Proven success in TA within fast‑growth, high‑volume environments. Experience implementing EVP and employer brand assets.
