We're looking for a senior designer who takes real pride in their work.
This role is for someone who is technically strong, detail‐driven, and comfortable taking ownership—from concept to delivery. You'll lead design outcomes, manage your own workload, work directly with clients, and guide other designers when needed.
What you'll do
* Lead bespoke design solutions from concept through documentation
* Build and manage advanced 3D parametric models
* Produce high‐quality 2D drawings and documentation
* Self‐manage schedules, priorities, and deliverables
* Coordinate directly with clients
* Delegate and review work from other designers
What we're looking for
* Expert in Autodesk Inventor and Rhino 3D
* Strong 2D drafting and documentation skills
* High personal standards, attention to detail, and initiative
* Confident communicator who enjoys responsibility
* Construction / architectural or trade background
* Project or team coordination experience
