The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Leader – Incoming & Dispatch to join our Warehouse team. This is a physically active role where you'll lead from the front, working alongside a high-performing team to ensure goods are received, stored, packed, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.
We work on a 9 day fortnight roster to support a healthy work-life balance.
You'll work closely with our Operations, Sales, Administration, and Manufacturing teams to meet customer expectations around delivery, quality, lead times, and cost.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the warehouse team, allocating tasks and setting daily priorities
* Execute the production and dispatch plan by scheduling staff, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting to the Operations team
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders across pallets, cartons, and satchels, packing efficiently to minimise freight costs
* Receive, count, and store goods from local suppliers and international containers
* Conduct quality checks in line with internal processes
* Manage bulk storage and replenish pick faces to optimise space and workflow
* Operate forklifts and assist with loading delivery vehicles
* Complete data entry and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
* Coordinate freight bookings and pickup times with transport providers
* Perform regular cycle counts and report stock discrepancies or low inventory
* Drive the company vehicle and tow the trailer for local pickups and deliveries when required
About You
* 5+ years' experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a Team Leader or supervisory role
* Current forklift licence essential (Aisle Master experience highly regarded)
* Manual driver's licence preferred; confidence towing a trailer is an advantage
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
* Hands-on, physically fit, and comfortable being on your feet, lifting, bending, and carrying items throughout the day
* Confident using inventory systems and MS Office, with accurate data entry skills
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
* Customer-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
