Dynamics 365 - Technical Consultant - CE
This role requires current Australian work rights. As our Senior CE Technical Consultant, your focus will be to support our client's business goals through agile collaboration. Working on-site within a Scrum team, you'll take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, development, QA, and deployments. The role combines technical expertise in D365 with strong teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between client stakeholders and delivery partners throughout each sprint.
You will play a role in:
* Writing code
* Testing and analyzing of systems
* Working in an agile sprint environment on a client site
* Technical support of Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
Your profile should include:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and customer Portals
* Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
* Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods
* Knowledge of working in agile sprints
