About The Role
As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. You will lead a team of 25+ staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards. This role offers significant career progression and exposure to franchise business management, making it an ideal step for a leader looking to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of over 25 staff members.
* Manage weekly rosters while controlling labour costs and food wastage.
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene compliance meet company standards.
* Manage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and cash handling procedures.Drive sales growth and monitor KPIs, including COGS and customer satisfaction scores.
* Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve customer complaints professionally.
* Implement local store marketing initiatives and support online order operations.
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
* Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a large team (25+ staff).
* A positive mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others to maintain a great attitude.
* Strong organisational skills and experience with labour management and rostering.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and a customer-focused attitude.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
* RSA certificate and a valid Driver's licence are preferred.
