Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the administrative department, you will provide exceptional support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate diaries for meetings and book meeting rooms.
* Arrange travel arrangements, flights, hotels, parking, and transportation.
* Organize restaurant bookings and coordinate all travel and accommodation related to personnel Head Office visits.
* Support the preparation and provision of documentation for larger meetings.
* Maintain credit card records, track staff anniversaries, and order departmental stationery.
* Ensure accurate management of spreadsheets and work effectively within budgeted requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong administrative and communication experience.
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and discretion, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Products (PowerPoint, Word, Mail Merge, Excel etc.).

Bonus: £28,380-£31,900 OTE.
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 basic salary plus Bonus.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm).
