**About the Role**:
This is not your average IT Support Technician role. You will be customer-facing and solutions focussed in supporting users based out of our office in Fortitude Valley. You will be curious, energetic and diligent, and motivated by engaging with users, understanding their needs, providing an excellent customer service experience, and seeing issues through to resolution. You will be responsible for supporting our technical infrastructure, daily end user support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems in a diligent and responsive manner to ensure a high level of service to the business.
**What you will do;**:
- Work to resolve Level 2 support requests, phone calls and walk-up requests
- Provide support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technology and systems
- Assist in reviewing technologies to determine suitability for the project and wider business
- Maintain, assign and reassign IT devices and assets
- Mobilise, support and demobilise project offices all the way from installing network hardware and video conferencing equipment to end user device installs at desks
**What we are looking for;**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
- Significant Help Desk and Level 1-2 support experience ideally within construction/engineering
- Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills
- Active directory, Service Now, MS Teams and Office 365 experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and superior customer services skills
