About the role
Join a supportive organisation where you'll have opportunities to contribute and develop your skills. As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services in the Mildura region.
You will be responsible for providing focused home‐based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP). Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients' strengths, goal‐directed interventions, and maximizing independence and autonomy.
You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload, primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill, but will have access to regular one‐to‐one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy.

About you
You are an Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning skills, a client‐centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning. You are motivated to deliver high‐quality care, adapt to varied client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture. You value evidence‐based practice and support older adults to maximise independence, safety, and wellbeing.
We are looking for individuals with:
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
* Have a valid driver's license and access to a car
* Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BESTway of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

* A current Working With Children Check card
* Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
* Australian working rights
* Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
