**The Role**
AIM is currently recruiting for a Sydney-based International Student Recruitment Manager in a part-time capacity.
Under the supervision of the Chief Digital Officer and General Manager and in collaboration with the Student Recruitment Manager and Student Recruitment Team, the International Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for international student recruitment initiatives, managing and converting leads from international student recruitment channels and training team members to achieve international student recruitment targets.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Representing AIM, and managing Student Recruitment team participation at international student recruitment-based events
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key accounts and agents to build pipelines for international student recruitment
- Successfully convert international student recruitment leads into enrolments, achieving student recruitment targets
- Ensuring the effective organisation of workshops, and/or campus familiarisation tours for agents, prospective students and parents
- Providing strong operational support to successfully drive the Institute's growth in international markets to meet key performance objectives and long-term strategies and goals
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for statutory authorities such as TEQSA, DESE, ESOS, and any other authorities related to international student recruitment and enrolment activities and functions, reducing the Institution's legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting the management of Student Recruitment team members in relation to international student recruitment initiatives, providing relevant and practical training, driving high performance and achieving targets
**Your Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, International Business, Sales/Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Sales and Customer service oriented with proven communication skills (presentation, oral, written)
- Previous experience working in international markets for student recruitment
- Ability to lead and coach a team to high performance
- Demonstrate capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new technology or related tools and platforms
- Proficiency in other language/s, as well as English - ideally Hindi or Nepali
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Successful record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a quality approach
- Ability to achieve a flexible approach to work including operating as needed during peak and off-peak hours, including some weekend and evening work, as required
- Knowledge or experience of music will also be highly valued
