Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning and Development Professional to lead our team in providing exceptional care and education to children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a high-quality service, developing relationships with children, families, and school leaders, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and management of the team
* Develop and implement programs and activities that promote learning and development
* Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and school leaders
* Ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in education, recreation, sports science, nursing, or a similar field
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Current Employee Working with Children's Check and HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
