Strategic Mine Planning Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Mine Planning Engineer to play a critical role in long-term strategic mine planning.
This unique role will influence and inform strategic mine planning outcomes across multiple sites using various underground mining methods while interfacing with project teams to deliver value.
You will develop effective working relationships with stakeholders, communicate at all levels of the organisation and lead diverse groups in a large organisation.
Key responsibilities include developing mine planning strategies to support growth opportunities within the Copper province, producing underground mine designs and schedules to optimise long-term value and utilising industry experience to develop continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent, a strategic mindset and extensive experience in underground mine planning and operations.
