About the Roles
We anticipate upcoming vacancies across two capability areas:
IAM Analysts – Digital Identity Operations
As an IAM Analyst, you will support Duco's Digital Identity clients operations through BAU activity, system administration, and ongoing uplift of IAM processes and controls. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure secure, smooth, and compliant access experiences.
IAM Specialists – Identity Governance & Design
As an IAM Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and governance of Duco's clients identity frameworks, RBAC structures, and certification processes. You will partner with the business to uplift identity maturity and ensure alignment with regulatory and cyber security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Analyst responsibilities may include:
* Providing BAU Digital Identity operational support.
* Supporting Identity & Access Management lifecycle activities.
* Assisting with Digital Identity project delivery and capability uplift.
* Contributing to cyber security awareness programs and end‐user training.
* Preparing Digital Identity operational and KPI reporting artefacts.
* Supporting risk management and governance processes.
* Contributing to compliance with relevant cyber security frameworks.
* Assisting with confidential HR investigations, ensuring integrity is maintained.
IAM Specialist responsibilities may include:
* Designing, building, and maintaining Role‐Based Access Control (RBAC) structures.
* Leading identity audits, access reviews, and certification campaigns.
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance identity governance.
* Identifying and assessing identity‐related risks across applications and systems.uplift Digital Access Management policies and identity governance frameworks.
* Maintaining GRC documentation and supporting audit requirements.
* Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
We are interested in candidates with experience in some or all of the following:
* Identity & Access Management tools (e.g., SailPoint IIQ, ISC).
* Identity lifecycle management and access control processes.
* RBAC design, access governance, and identity certification.
* Digital Identity operational support and troubleshooting.
* Cyber security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability; ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‐technical teams.
* Experience producing technical documentation, reports, or audit artefacts.
