Role Overview
The role aims to grow Apple product and services in partner stores. You will be held accountable for performance by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all merchandising standards are met.
Description
* Engage with Authorized Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem.
* Speak directly to customers, providing knowledge and value for informed choices.
* Educate and empower store staff on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
* Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
* Ensure Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up-to-date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Locations
You would be allocated to one of the following communities if interview rounds are successful:
* Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun): Maroochydore 4558 / Mango Hill 4509
* Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs-Sun): Loganholme 4129 / Robina 4230 / Broadbeach 4218
Minimum Qualifications
* Full-timers: Availability to work a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) at partner stores and reliably attend work as scheduled.
* Part-timers: Same with schedule from Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday).
