Team Overview
This team is part of Group Risk Management at CommBank, supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer and Business/Support Unit Chief Risk Officers to implement effective risk management. As Manager, Conduct & Risk Culture, you will work within the Conduct, Culture and Accountability Centre of Excellence, aligning risk culture initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee the effectiveness of the Group’s Conduct Risk and Risk Culture strategies, frameworks, and tools.
* Maintain and enhance the Group’s Risk Culture Framework and conduct assessments.
* Support risk culture plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Facilitate risk assessments and maintain the Conduct Risk Framework, including identifying emerging conduct risks.
* Monitor Conduct Risk profiles and key indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in risk and compliance within financial services, strong stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply judgment pragmatically. A tertiary qualification, knowledge of operational or compliance risk frameworks, and proficiency in data analysis are essential.
