Are you a seasoned automotive Accountant ready to take the next step? This is your opportunity to join a leading dealership group as their new Financial Controller, working across an established network of dealerships. Based full-time in South-Western Sydney, you'll report to the State Financial Controller (NSW) and oversee financial operations for multiple dealerships. You'll lead a small team while ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This newly created position reflects ongoing growth within the group and offers the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. There’s no hybrid or remote work option, so we're looking for someone hands-on and committed to being on-site. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small team including dealership and assistant accountants Review monthly management accounts, reconciliations, BAS, cashflow and forecasts Drive process improvements and internal controls Collaborate with management on budgeting and strategic planning Maintain clear and effective communication with department managers What We’re Looking For: Strong dealership/automotive accounting background CA/CPA qualified and degree-qualified in Accounting Proven team leadership and dealership systems experience (Pentana preferred) Excellent Excel and communication skills What’s On Offer: Negotiable salary Super Fully maintained company car (FBT applicable) Direct reporting line to NSW State Financial Controller Supportive group environment with future growth potential Ready to step up in your automotive finance career?
