Programme Manager Position
The Programme Manager oversees the administration and coordination of programmes within a centre. This involves managing staff, work allocation, performance management, learning and development to deliver various services and programmes.
* Delivery of centre programmes including client services, counselling, WHS, building environment, response equipment and operational security.
* Client services provision based on a multidisciplinary model for high-quality psychological, counselling, health, education and other services consistent with case plans.
* Coordination and delivery of programmes by centre-based providers to support young persons sentenced or on remand with complex needs and behaviours.
* Leadership in delivering safe and secure therapeutic settings for young people through effective team collaboration and service improvement.
